RMTC prepared construction documents for this 18-hole, 7,400-yard championship golf course designed by PGA Tour Champion Ernie Els.  The $20-million course is the centerpiece of the Hoakalei Resort, part of the master planned community of Ocean Pointe.  The course doubles as a regional drainage facility for surrounding communities.  Construction plans included grading for the entire course play area, temporary clubhouse facilities, parking, and other facilities.
