RMTC is providing services to prepare a Strategic Master Plan for the 2050 horizon. The plan will include an assessment of existing harbor conditions and operations; identification of harbor users’ and HDOT, Harbors Division needs, opportunities, and operational requirements; projection of future port capacity demand; preparation of maritime and land development alternatives; development of a financial model to assess potential revenue sources; and an evaluation of potential opportunities to increase revenue for HDOT.
