The Kapalama Container Terminal (KCT) Yard Design project redeveloped a portion of the existing Kapalama Military Reservation into an 84-acre container terminal facility that will be operated by PASHA Hawaii / Hawaii Stevedores, Inc. It is the largest marine terminal design in the history of the State of Hawaii and satisfies Hawaii’s projected shortfall of container yard area for the next 50 years.
