RMTC attended a ceremony blessing for the Lihue Refuse Transfer Station on Monday, September 9. This project aims to improve the water quality standards and stormwater discharges in refuse transfer stations in Hanalei, Kapaa, Lihue, and Hanapepe with a total estimated budget of $38.2 million.
