The Lilia Waikiki redevelops 2.5 acres of trust land in the heart of Waikiki, creating a commercial mixed-use rental project aimed at revitalizing the Kuhio Avenue Corridor and preserving Queen Emma’s legacy. The 28-story tower’s design demonstrates a deep respect for the local culture and natural heritage. RMTC is honored to be part of the project team that received the Award of Merit at AIA Honolulu’s 2024 Design Awards.
