The new Moanalua High School Performing Arts Center is an auditorium with rehearsal and instructional spaces, storage rooms, a music library, and other supporting facilities for the expanding music and drama departments. This state-of-the art performance center is designed as a hardened facility and capable of being used as an emergency shelter if needed. RMTC provided civil engineering design including site grading, on-site vehicular circulation, parking areas, walkways, drainage, sewer, potable water, and fire protection systems for a new auditorium, classroom building, rehearsal halls, and a dance studio.
