Design of a new elementary school including grading, internal circulation roadways and parking lots and sewer, water and drainage utilities required to support the school.  The school is designed to accommodate over 1,000 students and incorporates the 21st Century Learning principle where learning is not restricted to the classroom.   RMTC performed topographic surveying and designed improvements to the existing non-potable water lateral; sidewalk and pavement restoration; traffic control plans; and revised plans for City approval.  The project was the first design-build school for the Department of Education.  LEED Silver Certified.
