RMTC provided construction support and construction management services for the construction of the Joint Traffic Management Center (JTMC).  The JTMC is a multi-agency collaboration to improve traffic management and public safety on Oahu. The agencies involved include the State Department of Transportation, City Department of Transportation Services, Honolulu Police Department, Honolulu Fire Department, City Emergency Services Department, and the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.  General tasks include providing constructability review, preconstruction services, inspection services during construction, quality control assurance, construction management and documentations, reviewing pay requests, change orders and claims, and start-up and project closeout.
