RMTC provided developer Hunt Companies Hawaii LLC with surveying, planning, permitting and design services for the infrastructure development of approximately 40 acres for proposed Commercial Center, Veteran’s Administration Outpatient Facility, and housing (230 townhomes and 121 single-family homes). Services were performed at an expedited pace due to a very short deadline. RMTC executed prime consulting, surveying and mapping, permitting, and civil engineering and managed the geotechnical, electrical, structural, landscape, and irrigation designs.  The scope of the project included design of over one (1) mile of roadway system, signalized and unsignalized intersections, ADA handicap ramps, fire and domestic water systems, drainage system, low impact/water quality system, gas system, structural design, electrical system landscape and irrigation.
