Preparation of construction documents for a new one-level “Baggage First” Federal Inspection Service facility that meets the latest version of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Airport Technical Design Standard at KOA. Proposed airfield improvements consist of grading, new asphalt concrete pavement, concrete hardstands accommodating Group V aircrafts, taxiway improvements, pavement markings, and drainage improvements. Proposed landside improvements consist of grading, new asphalt concrete pavement, concrete walkways, pavement markings, and drainage, sewer, water, and fire protection improvements.
