The project involves the redevelopment of properties to construct a mixed-use high-rise rental apartment tower.  RMTC provided civil engineering, surveying, and planning and permitting services for the site development for a proposed tower consisting of 450 units and 45,000 square feet of commercial retail space (grocery, retail, and restaurants).  RMTC managed the design team and prepared construction plans for the site grading, driveway, parking lot, water and sewer connection, drainage, and erosion control measures.  RMTC also prepared a topographic survey and an Environmental Assessment and permit applications including Waikiki Special District Permit, Planned Development Apartment Permit, and NPDES Permits (NOI-C, NOI-F, and NOI-G).  Lilia Waikiki is the first Fitwel certified project in Hawaii (Center for Active Design).
