This project included design of Pasha Hawaii Lines (Marine Terminal Operator) buildings at the New Kapalama Terminal.  Pasha selected RMTC to complete the design of their Maintenance Facility, Marine Operations Building, office building, KIOSKs, and restroom facility.  RMTC managed the multi-disciplinary design team and coordinated with owner and client and current projects at the Kapalama Terminal Yard.

RMTC led the Charette for the site design and building design and managed the preparation of construction documents for the two-story Maintenance Facility, three-story Marine Operations Building, and related facilities (entry guard shack/security center, static scale, reefer outlet pedestals, and entry traffic signal).
