Since 2011, RMTC has provided surveying and mapping services in support of land acquisition and other real estate activities associated with Honolulu’s 23-mile rail transit project.  RMTC’s scope of work includes assistance with boundary surveys, right-of-way and parcel mapping, survey descriptions, easements, subdivision processing, coordination, project budget updates, support of the real estate team and its consultants, and maintenance of the real estate database.
