Ho‘opili is a 1,515-acre master planned development proposed in Ewa, Oahu. The development will integrate multiple land uses including single and multi-family residential, commercial, schools, parks, and open space uses.  RMTC is providing professional engineering services to assist in developing infrastructure and mass grading plans to satisfy anticipated conditions of the re-zoning of the property from agricultural to residential uses.  RMTC completed the infrastructure master planning for the development and is now preparing construction documents for various phases of the development.
